The first of March isn’t just the start of meteorological spring, it’s also the start of another exciting season – the seasonal touring season at Morecambe Lodge Caravan Park. But what exactly is seasonal touring, and what benefits does it bring compared to short break pitches?

What is seasonal touring?

With seasonal touring, you get the perfect pitch for your touring caravan for a full eight months for one great value price. That means you can set up at the start of the spring and not have to move your caravan again until mid-autumn.

There’s no need to hitch up your caravan every time you want to go away, no struggling to get a last minute booking and no hassle parking and setting up. You simply jump in the car and drive to Morecambe Lodge, where everything is ready and waiting whenever you want.

Morecambe Lodge has twenty-five fully serviced, hard standing seasonal touring pitches available on our delightful site. Each one has parking right alongside as well as 16amp electrics and direct connection to water. You can get wi-fi in your caravan, and there are excellent facilities on site, including modern shower blocks and a laundry.

Our seasonal touring pitches are open now, right through to the end of October, with prices from as little as £2666 for the full 35 week season – that works out at just over £75 per week. So you can say goodbye to high fees in the school holidays and bank holiday weekends, and say hello to getting away whenever it suits you. Once you’ve paid for your seasonal touring pitch, it’s yours to use whenever you want, without having to find the money for site fees every time you want to go away.
