The big news is that the static part of the Park is now open to the end of November.

The Bay Gateway opened at the end of last year and to whether you come from the north or the south it is best to get off at junction 34 and follow the Bay gateway to the A6, it saves 10 to 15 minutes on the trip.

March is just round the corner and we are making the final preparations for opening. As promised we have some exciting new modifications to the park with the addition of a resurfaced road, finishing off the road around the lower part of the Park 

The other changes you may notice are to the ever changing outline of Morecambe Bay, you may notice the salt marsh is still shrinking some what, but sand is starting to be deposited back where the salt marsh was previously. The bay has still produced some dramatic scenery this winter and no doubt some cracking sunsets later in the year.
